My experiences with childhood trauma led to years of suffering with chronic pain and migraines. I tried everything I could to relieve the pain - physically and emotionally. It was when I understood the profound interconnectedness of my body, mind, and spirit that I realized that I didn’t need to get rid of pain. It was here to guide me and ensure that I was fulfilling the repressed needs of my mind and body.
