Your body is constantly communicating with you. You’re familiar with essential needs like thirst, hunger, and going to the bathroom, but things like ringing in your ear, tingling on one side of your foot, or a burning sensation in your throat can be difficult to interpret as having a similar need looking to be met.
By acknowledging these signs, you can then begin to understand and know how to respond to them. We’ll work together to become an expert in the foreign language of your body. In each session, you’ll feel the signals your body gives you. With my guidance, you’ll understand what it means, how to release it, and bring the thoughts you are ready to align with into your body.
This program is designed for those who are looking for a change, but aren’t exactly sure how to get started. We’ll dedicate our time and attention during three sessions over the course of one month to creating a personal foundational wellness plan to get you started on a path of feeling grounded, centered, happy and healthy.
During your sessions, you will begin to ease your body as you regulate your nervous system in neuro-movement. You will start reducing pain and inflammation as you align your choices with your circadian cycle. Together, we’ll support your intention as you bring calm to your biofield through the energy of reiki.

Three 60-minute 1:1 sessions including one session each of Neuro-Movement exercises, Holistic Lifestyle coaching, and Reiki
